Come & stay in our 2 bedroom beautiful REMOLDED home with gallery kitchen, bamboo flooring, recessed lighting throughout the home, Large enclosed Luxury Deck with Firepit, ergonomic lounge chairs, wine barrel table with bar stools and gas BBQ. We have access to two fishing docks only 2 blocks walking distance away. We are also walking distance to the downtown MAIN STREET area, boat launch, library park, restaurants, deli, bakery, coffee shops, espresso bar, ice cream parlors, yogurt shops, shopping, banks, and our local Safeway. There are also 30+ wineries in Lake County, including Napa wineries about 1 1/2 hours away, and Highland Springs Hiking Trails about 1 mile from the home!!
~ FRENCH DOORS leading to our large deck area for outdoor wining & dining with our new fire pit & wine barrel table with 2 bar stools. We also have a brand new “Portable Hot Tub” to relax in after a long day. Also, our large dining table inside the home can seat 6 guests with table extension or our small bar stool table can seat 2 guests.

Brand New 42 inch HDTV (High Definition) with Blu-Ray DVD Player & portable stand.
~ BEDROOM TWO has a Queen size bed with an overhead Pine Oak Bunk bed Full size for kids, BRAND NEW 40 in. HDTV, night stand/shelf, maple 5-drawer dresser, bamboo flooring, ceiling fan with light & remote control, large deep closet and half bathroom next to room. We also have an air mattress that kids have fun using while watching a movie.
~ ADDITIONAL BEDDING - Brand near Twin size Air Mattress that kids or additional guest can use.
~ WASHER & DRYER available to use inside the home. Newly installed swap cooler, brand new portable air conditioners with purifier for the 2 bedrooms and a main furnace/heater in family room.
~ GAMES Plenty of BOARD GAMES, Dominoes, Jenga Stacking Wood game, WI GAME CONSOLE with several games to use, THOMAS THE TRAIN, wood toy bins & more!!
~ PARKING available in the DRIVEWAY & street parking.
